As part of the Researching Engineering and Development Engineering team, responsible for new products development and ongoing support of our electronic and electromechanical products

作为R&D的资深电子工程师，负责公司的新产品开发和现有产品的技术支持

Applies engineering principles to analysis for solution of technical issues related to the design and manufacture of electronic and electromechanical products

解决产品设计和制造中的技术难题

Looks for opportunities to reduce BOM and labor cost of existing products. 

降低现有产品的材料和制造成本

Applies state of the art knowledge of industrial sensor design methods and practices to assure high quality, low cost solutions (DFSS& Design for manufacturing & quality)

应用设计的艺术手段保证产品的质量，成本。如DFSS以及为质量和制造而设计

 

Responsibilities

职责

• Deliver hardware designs on time to project schedules that meet customer requirements 

•按客户需求按时完成产品的硬件设计

• Collaborate with other engineering functions, product management, suppliers, plant personnel and other stakeholders to develop and implement low cost design solutions, methods, and product improvements. 

• 跨部门跨公司合作，保证高质量低成本产品的实施和改进

• Perform complex design analysis 

• 复杂的设计系统分析能力

• Implement engineering changes 

• 实施工程变更

• Manage and approve component specifications and engineering drawings and release parts and subsystems for production 

• 实施产品的确认

• Define system requirements 

• 定义产品系统的需求

• Solve engineering related problems 

• 解决设计和制造中的难题

• Plan and implement product development and test programs 

• 实施产品的开发测试

• Communicate information to and from internal and external customers 

• 和内外部客户及时沟通产品的信息

• Coordinate and consult with departments outside engineering 

•和研发外的各部门沟通产品的信息及可制造性

• Stay abreast of new technology and competitive products 

• 始终保持前沿科技

• Travel as required (Domestic& Oversea) 

• 能出差 

 

Qualifications

任职资格

• Master degree in Electrical Engineering, PHD in Electrical Engineering is a plus. 

• 硕士以上学历，博士优先

• 6+ years’ experience in a design engineering role. 

•6年以上工作经验

• High level of interest and a strong understanding of system level design / integration, with experience in analog, digital and RF product design, development, validation and document release. 

•极强的系统集成能力，尤其在数字，模拟及射频产品的开发上

• Knowledge of and experience in designing products to UL/CSA/CE standards 

• 熟悉电子产品的各种国际标准，以及产品的UL/CSA/CE认证标准

• Working knowledge of NPI Phase Gate and Engineering Change Management processes 

•熟悉新产品开发流程和工程变更流程

• Experience with Pulsonix or other industry standard E cad software 

•熟练应用Pulsonix或其他电路制图软件

• High level of analytical troubleshooting and problem solving ability where problems are unusual and difficult 

•极强解决问题的能力

• Good knowledge of electronics manufacturing methods 

•丰富的电子产品制造经验

• Proficient in the use of Multisim or equivalent

•熟悉电路模拟软件

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills 

•极强的英语口语和书写能力

• DFSS Certification is a plus.

•熟悉为六西格玛设计优先

•Sensor developing skill is a plus

•有传感器设计经验优先
